Golf
Situated in the North West Coast of Clare,
Lahinch Golf Club is one of the world's classic links courses, a
glorious setting, a rich history, superb natural terrain. With a pair of
notorious blind holes, a ruined castle and goats that roam freely on the dunes,
Lahinch provides a perfect setting for a round of golf.
This Greg Norman designed course, Doonbeg Golf Club plays along 1.5 miles of beach and dunes. The ocean is visible from the green, fairway, or tee of 16 of the 18 holes. "Sand dunes like you'll never see again, working hand in glove with the environmentalists."
